The end of the year is a great time to reflect on the past and plan for the future. Mid-December is always an exciting time for me. Every year around this time, I’m  pretty much over the current year and ready to move on. This year I’m not necessarily “over” 2014 but I’m super excited for 2015. The symbolism of January 1st excites me. Despite what your 2014 was like, I hope that you allow yourself to enter into 2015 at peace, refreshed and hopeful.

You deserve a fresh start.

Over the years I’ve become a reflective person and I really appreciate introspection. Below are 12 questions that I used to reflect on 2014. I’ve added my answers as well. Trust me… this wasn’t a walk in the park! Please share your answers (the ones  you feel comfortable sharing of course) in the comments section and click the link below to download my free 2015 Goal Mapping Workbook.
